How early should I request custom items?
Share your desired date as early as you can. Timing depends on the product, personalization details, and current workload — we confirm what is possible after reviewing your request.
How far in advance should I request event rentals?
Earlier is better for popular dates. Use the event quote form with your date, guest count, and location so we can review fit. A request does not reserve inventory.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery or pickup preferences can be shared on the quote form. Options and availability are confirmed during follow-up for your event location.
What areas do you serve?
